Candidate Data Rights and Deletion Workflow

Logged-in candidates can clear saved location, manage cookie settings, download an account export, and delete their Walk to Work account from Privacy & data controls.

Deleting your Walk to Work account removes or deactivates candidate-side account data held by Walk to Work, subject to legal, fraud, billing, and security retention needs.

If you applied to a job or sent messages to an employer, that employer may retain copies of materials you submitted through its own hiring records. Walk to Work cannot guarantee deletion from the employer’s independent systems.
