Employer Terms and Paid Services Terms

Effective 2026-03-17. These terms apply to employer accounts, team members, job posting, recruiting workflows, ATS features, messaging, paid plans, and use of Walk to Work as a business customer.

1. Employer authority and account

You represent that you are authorized to act for your company, create or administer the account, accept these terms, and bind the company to paid plan obligations.

3. Candidate data handling

Candidate data received through Walk to Work may be used only for evaluating candidates, communicating with them, scheduling interviews, making hiring decisions, and related internal recruiting operations. You may not sell candidate data or use it for unrelated marketing or profiling.

4. Team access and permissions

Employers are responsible for inviting, assigning, and removing their own team members and for actions taken under their account. Owners and admins control billing and company-level access.

5. Paid plans, renewals, and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Prices, plan limits, included features, and cancellation disclosures are summarized on the billing page and at Billing Disclosures. Billing is processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable after the start of the applicable billing period.

6. ATS data export and deletion responsibilities

Employers are responsible for exporting candidate data they need before canceling or deleting their account and for fulfilling their own legal obligations toward candidate data held in their systems.
